Stepping Stones ABA is a leading provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services dedicated to empowering individuals in New Jersey with Autism and other developmental challenges to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Union City, New Jersey. Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate BCBA to lead in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of experience as a BCBA and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans. Implement ABA therapy programs and monitor progress. Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and RBTs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a well-rounded and effective treatment approach. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. A minimum of one year of experience as a practicing BCBA. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dedication to evidence-based practice and ethical standards. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. A passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
