This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services. It is not a fully remote. Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting. Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions. Supervise RBTs and BTs through effective observation, coaching, and performance feedback. Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements. Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Active VA LBA. Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration. Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required. Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.
