Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral therapy strategies. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
