Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and involves delivering high-quality behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and team members to foster positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a genuine desire to improve lives through applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify target behaviors and skill deficits Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments in compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy in various settings including home-based and school environments Communicate effectively with clients' families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care plans and client progress updates Perform client intake assessments, develop treatment goals, and support clients with autism spectrum disorders through evidence-based interventions Maintain accurate medical records, document patient care activities, and ensure all documentation aligns with medical terminology standards Experience Proven experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders Hands-on experience in behavioral health settings involving applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children Familiarity with behavioral intervention strategies, functional behavior assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision while fostering professional growth among team members Excellent client communication skills to build trust with families and multidisciplinary teams Join us at Bright Home ABA to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families! Pay:
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
