Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve quality of life, foster independence, and promote meaningful progress through personalized treatment plans. Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain detailed medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each individual's behavioral health needs. Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions. Ability to perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with accuracy and compassion. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for training staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging families effectively. Demonstrated patience and sensitivity when working with individuals with disabilities in diverse settings.
