Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based ClinicJob Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and growing team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a center-based setting only. This role focuses exclusively on working with clients in our clinic environment—there are no in-home cases or travel requirements. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. You will provide clinical leadership, support behavior technicians, analyze data, and collaborate with families and team members to promote meaningful progress and improved outcomes. This position offers a balanced work schedule with daytime hours, no weekends, and one work-from-home day per week for administrative tasks, documentation, and clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), to identify behavioral needs and develop effective treatment strategies. Create, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing treatment plan adjustments. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical team members. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical staff to support treatment goals and ensure continuity of care. Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to team members to ensure ethical and effective implementation of ABA services. Participate in client intake processes, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. Support a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented center-based environment. Requirements Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility for certification. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience developing treatment plans, analyzing behavioral data, and providing clinical supervision. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidential client records. $84,056.78 - $92,041.98 per year
