Job Description
Job Overview Accomplished Minds, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a contract or PRN basis. In this role, you will provide behavioral assessment, consultation, and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) receiving residential services. As our behavioral services partner, you will collaborate with our team to develop person-centered behavior support strategies that promote independence, improve quality of life, and reduce challenging behaviors through ethical, evidence-based practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build a high-quality behavioral support program within our agency. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Train management staff on behavior intervention strategies. Review behavioral data and modify support plans as appropriate. Participate in Human Rights Committee (HRC) meetings and other team meetings when appropriate. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation. Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Strong communication, collaboration, and staff training skills. Schedule Contract / PRN Flexible scheduling Hours based on referrals and agency needs
