(k) ✅ Travel reimbursed per company policy ✅ Team-first culture — we don't just say "supportive," we live it What You'll Do Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.) Create individualized, research-based treatment plans Supervise and coach RBTs and interns—build your dream team Collaborate closely with families and BCBAs to track progress Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly professional trainings Uphold safety and ethical standards (BACB, HIPAA, QBS) What We're Looking For Current BACB certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field State licensure (or eligibility) Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills Passion for empowering children with Autism to thrive Our Promise to You You'll never feel like you're in it alone.
