About Carry On Therapy Carry On Therapy provides ABA services that are centered around real life and families. We take time to understand routines, strengths, and goals so services feel practical and supportive rather than overwhelming. We value collaboration, ethical practice, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported. Position Overview Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee . This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records What We Offer Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Strong clinical collaboration and mentorship Opportunities for professional growth and leadership A supportive and team-focused environment
Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:
$65 - $80 per hour

Remote - serving clients throughout Tennessee Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required Tennessee Medicaid ID required Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
