Our Team:
Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services. Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring, and training to address complex and challenging behaviors. Supporting skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through implementation of positive behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) Integration within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals and outcomes. Mentor and supervise Master and Bachelor level Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions and clinical consistency.
