We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and relationship-centered services across home, community, educational, and clinic settings. We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help support meaningful outcomes for children and families. Position Responsibilities
- Provide weekly supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Conduct in-person parent training sessions with the client present (minimum two times per month)
- Collaborate with schools, educators, related service providers, and caregivers
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- CPR Certification
- Experience conducting parent training
- Experience working within educational or school-based settings
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Haven County
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills Strongly Preferred Qualifications At The Behavior Corner, we highly value clinicians who have developed their clinical foundation through direct service experience. Candidates should have prior experience working as a:
- Behavior Technician (BT)
