2026-2027 Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Palmdale, California to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with students, collaborating with educators, and developing practical behavior supports that help students succeed in the classroom. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide behavioral consultation and support to students, teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Support implementation of positive behavior strategies and evidence-based interventions Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as needed Provide staff training, modeling, and coaching related to behavior support Help promote a positive, structured, and inclusive school environment Qualifications Current BCBA certification California BCBA eligibility/credentials as required for school-based practice Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, ABA, or related setting Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data collection Excellent communication and collaboration skills School-based experience is preferred but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications Full-time school schedule Monday-Friday schedule with school holidays and breaks Support from Soliant throughout the placement Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student behavior, academic access, and social-emotional development How to Apply !
