Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by applying evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and adults while advancing your professional growth. Duties Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor customized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, modify interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide training on behavioral strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and secure medical records. Provide patient care through intake assessments, ongoing behavioral health evaluations, and progress reports. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and patient assessment procedures. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills for working with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
