Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) created by a BCBA Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support Collect accurate ABA and behavior data Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills Support students during classroom instruction, transitions, and school routines Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children, autism, ABA therapy, behavioral intervention, or developmental disabilities preferred Why Join Navra?
