Qualifications:

Valid and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and staff Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a school environment Commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries

Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 or small-group support for elementary students in classroom or resource settings Follow behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures accurately Implement evidence-based interventions to help students achieve IEP goals Work closely with teachers, support staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts Assist with developing social, communication, and daily living skills Encourage positive behaviors and reinforce progress Maintain clear documentation and effective communication with the educational team As a valued professional in this school community, youll enjoy a schedule that follows regular school hours (32.5 hours per week), allowing you ample work/life balance.
