We are currently seeking six dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to fill full-time, onsite contract opportunities near Cranston, RI. This is a fantastic chance to work closely with students and staff, deliver individualized behavioral interventions, and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to interview in person on either October 6th at 11:30 AM or October 7th at 11:30 AM.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collect data, implement behavior plans, and follow direction from supervising BCBA Passion for supporting students social and academic growth

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 and small group behavioral interventions in classroom settings Accurately collect and document data on student progress Collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and other school staff to ensure program fidelity Support and coach students in developing positive behaviors and social skills Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students This contract position is strictly onsite, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the school community and make genuine connections with students and staff.
