Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential recognized in Rhode Island Experience supporting students across K-12, ideally in school-based or similar environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Capacity to work full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support implementation of behavioral programs Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Lead training and coaching sessions for staff on best practices in behavioral support Document services and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
