Key Qualifications:

Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required Prior experience working in school settings with elementary-aged children preferred Familiarity with individualized behavior intervention strategies Ability to work effectively as a 1:1 aide or within classroom settings Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral support services to assigned elementary students Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Deliver one-on-one or group support, assisting as either a dedicated aide or in classroom environments Collect and document data on student progress toward behavioral goals Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and adapt approaches for each students needs Support positive social, academic, and emotional development in students Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment This opportunity allows you to play a central role in a student's educational journey while growing your professional expertise in behavior support.
