Job Description

Honey Behavior Kids provides ABA services that empower children and families through compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care. We believe in growing our team from within and supporting individuals who are passionate about entering the field of ABA. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Technicians interested in pursuing RBT certification through our supported pathway program who reside within Kershaw County. Position Overview The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a BCBA while completing the requirements needed to obtain RBT certification. Services are provided in home, school, and community settings. Honey Behavior Kids offers training, supervision, and RBT certification, with a six month employment commitment following certification. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Ability to pass a criminal background check and required registry screenings Passing/Clear TB Test At least two (2) professional work references Willingness to complete RBT certification requirements Pass RBT exam within 90 days of employment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and families Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional growth CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain during onboarding) Benefits RBT certification BCBA supervision hours Paid onboarding and training Flexible scheduling (including weekends) Paid time off Professional development and career pathway support Physical Work Demands Ability to travel 50+ miles between client locations Ability to work in home, school, and community environments Maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods Active participation in client activities and therapy sessions Apply Today If you are passionate about supporting children and families and want to grow your career in ABA, we encourage you to apply.
