Qualifications & Required Experience:
Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Ability to gather, record, and report behavioral data accurately Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
Work onsite providing one-on-one behavioral interventions for students as guided by supervising BCBA and school protocols Collect and document data on student behaviors and skill acquisition Support development and implementation of behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families, sharing progress and observations Assist with training or modeling interventions for staff as necessary
