Job Description

Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing valued behavioral support within a school setting. Working onsite, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the highest standard of care for students.
Qualifications/Experience:
Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and analyzing behavioral data. Exceptional interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families. Capability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations. Reliable, organized, and committed to supporting student growth and achievement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions as directed by supervising clinicians or behavior analysts. Collect and accurately record behavioral data as part of the student support process. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop strategies. Implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral strategies, and intervention plans. Communicate regularly with supervising staff regarding student performance and challenges. Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all learners.
Benefits:
Full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week. Stable contract running from ASAP through the end of May 2027.
