Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Student Analyst to join our team. This paid internship position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing certification or advanced training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in supporting individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorders, through evidence-based interventions. As a BCBA Student Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in behavior intervention, data collection, client assessment, and implementing ABA therapy protocols within a supportive clinical environment. Duties Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with developmental disabilities. Support the implementation of skill acquisition programs tailored to individual client needs, ensuring adherence to ABA principles. Collect and analyze data related to client progress, behavior intervention plans, and therapy outcomes. Collaborate with licensed BCBAs and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans based on client progress and assessment results. Participate in client communication, providing updates to families and caregivers regarding therapy goals and progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including behavioral records, notes, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support intake procedures by gathering relevant client information and assisting with initial assessments. Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions. Requirements Currently enrolled in a graduate program pursuing BCBA certification or equivalent in applied behavior analysis or related field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of data collection methods, skill acquisition programs in ABA, and behavior intervention strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Prior experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated commitment to patient care, behavioral health support, and ethical practice standards.
