Certified RBTs are encouraged to apply and will be awarded a $500.00 bonus 30 days after the first day of employment. Seeking RBTs who are seeking part time employment. Approximately 25 hours per week with room for growth! Morning sessions 8-11am, midday sessions 11:30-2:30pm and pm session, 3-6pm. Clinic based with lots of support. Terrific growth opportunities. Certified RBTs are encouraged to apply and will be awarded a $500.00 bonus 30 days after the first day of employment.
INCENTIVE
Earn $250.00 "bonus" after passing your "Competency Assessment." $250.00 after passing your RBT certification. $250.00 after completing a successful 30-60-90 training. SOS Care delivers therapy services in four Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet clinic setting locations. We also service clients in the Charleston area.
Primary Responsibilities and Specific Duties:
  • Complete a BACB approved RBT program and remain current with certification while employed in the capacity as an RBT
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy service to clients as noted by the scheduling coordinator
  • Collect data on all programming and write progress notes/complete daily service log(s) in a timely fashion in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Assure coordination and continuity of services with other programs and services
  • Implement interventions designed in the EIBI plan
  • Attend and participate in staff or team meetings as requested by BCBA/supervisor
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Effective time management skills are expected through daily documentation and accurate time keeping of hours worked to ensure correct billing and reporting of services rendered
  • Assistance in Quality Assurance as it relates to compliance files with the guidance of the Autism Clinic Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Ensure confidentiality of all client information while ensuring adherence to EIBI contract provider and HIPAA directives and standards for clients
  • Expected and required to report to BCBA or Supervisor any client incidences/variances or complaints
  • Must have 5% supervision by BCBA monthly in accordance with compliance requirements. RBT is responsible for obtaining documentation/proof of supervision
  • Adhere and abide by all confidential policies and procedures discussed during the hiring/orientation process and those outlined in the Employee Manual
  • Attend Level 10 Development Meetings
  • Demonstrate all SOS Care Values
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Only highly motivated, flexible team players are encouraged to apply. Extensive training will be offered online through our Relias system to the qualified candidate. This is 40 hours of online training (unpaid). Once you near completion, you will begin a 10-hour comprehensive Practicum . At this time, you will be practicing what you learned during your online training with a client present under the direction of the BCBA. The final steps will include a Competency Assessment and then you will be required to take the certification test. At the end of this process, you will hold a certification that is good anywhere in the United States. SOS Care requires all newly hired staff to be CPR/First Aid Certified (if you are not certified, we will train you), TB test, background check (provided by SOS) and completion of all SOS Care compliance and payroll paperwork . Already certified RBTs are strongly encouraged to apply. If you have proof of RBT certification and are in active status, you would forgo the online training, however you would still be required to complete the Human Resource (paperwork) portions of the training for compliance purposes.
