Work Setting Center-based ABA in Rock Hill In-home & community-based ABA therapy services (25%) What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Analyze clinical data and make programming decisions based on client progress Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with caregivers, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers Maintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant clinical documentation Ensure ethical and effective implementation of treatment recommendations Mentor fieldwork students (optional) Qualifications Required Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification South Carolina residency required due to insurance credentialing requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities Reliable transportation. Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills comfortable in center-based, and home- and community-based settings.
