Job Description
Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Delta Specialty Hospital | Memphis, TN Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents. Delta Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Specialized Pediatric Unit in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based behavioral services and helping children and adolescents achieve meaningful progress in a hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys a combination of direct patient care, staff mentorship, program development, and clinical leadership. Responsibilities What You Will Do As a BCBA, You will; Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates Trains new staff on ABA techniques Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement Facilitates daily team meetings Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a timely manner Participates in performance improvement activities Follows all hospital policies and procedures Must maintain license or certification in good standing Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor

Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience with working with adolescent population Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
