is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. RBTs are responsible for assisting Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior reductions and skill acquisition treatment plans primarily within a clinical setting using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field Minimum of 1 year experience working with children and/ or adults with developmental disabilities. Registered Behavior Technician (Preferred) Must be willing to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 30 days of employment CPR and First AID certified or willing to obtain certification within 30-45 days of hire Must have reliable transportation Must exhibit professionalism Must be willing to learn and implement new skills as well as proven the ability to work within a team; Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to problem solving Be able to work independently with minimum supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must to be able to lift 25-30 pounds Must pass criminal background check and drug test Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clincial setting. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Skill acquisition, behavior reduction, Conduct DTT, Token Economy, Toileting schedule, etc. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment approaches Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Document all sessions thoroughly in medical records and care plans using appropriate medical terminology Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, and medical documentation
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
