Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct oneonone therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations
Skills:
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
