r44459-37211 Job Description Qualifications Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB Active Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Tennessee Applied Behavior Analyst Licensing Committee under the Board of Examiners in Psychology (or eligibility) Minimum of 2+ years of experience (school-based and/or teleconsultation preferred) Direct experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) within educational settings Strong clinical consultation, communication, and data-analysis skills Comfortable navigating telepractice platforms, remote data-tracking tools, and virtual meeting technology Key Responsibilities Assessment & Intervention Conduct virtual Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to identify functions of behavior and establish target goals Design, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to the school environment Provide direct virtual behavioral consultation and intervention support for students across grade bands Collect and analyze objective behavioral data continuously to evaluate intervention efficacy and adapt behavioral programming Collaboration & Coaching Partner closely with special education teachers, general education staff, paraprofessionals, and school administrators Deliver remote coaching, modeling, and staff development on BIP execution, positive behavior supports, and reliable data collection Participate actively in virtual IEP team meetings, manifestation determinations, and student support team conferences Documentation & Compliance Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of consultation logs, FBA reports, BIPs, and progress monitoring data Ensure all behavioral interventions, assessments, and documentation strictly comply with Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) special education guidelines, district policies, and BACB ethical standards Prepare detailed behavioral evaluations, functional summaries, and required compliance paperwork Technology & Telepractice Tools Utilize secure telepractice platforms, video observation methods, and digital data collection software to conduct assessments and consultations Adapt behavior support materials, visual schedules, and token systems for effective implementation in virtual and school settings Guide school staff and families with platform navigation and digital tool setup Advocacy & Student Support Assist students in acquiring functional replacement behaviors, self-regulation strategies, and social-emotional skills Provide training, resources, and consultative guidance to school personnel and families on proactive, positive behavior interventions Benefits of Role 1099 Independent Contractor Status Available for FT or PT schedules Compensation for both Direct & Indirect Service Hours Competitive Hourly Pay Rates Flexibility with schedule and working 100% from home For additional information, please contact Charlie Harper, Account Executive @ Procare Therapy and VocoVision!
