9658401-76010 Job Description Shape the educational experience for students by bringing your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity provides the chance to utilize your specialized skills district-wide, working across multiple campuses to support learners and staff with evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your work will make a lasting difference for students and help guide school teams in implementing and sustaining effective behavioral supports.
Desired Qualifications:
Active national BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience delivering BCBA services in school settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and administrators Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools within the district Must be able to complete onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting and registry list search
Key Responsibilities:
Provide district-wide BCBA support, traveling between various school buildings as needed Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Coach and consult with staff on implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform programming and ensure efficacy Deliver training to teachers and support staff to strengthen school-wide positive behavior systems Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote student success This role starts as soon as possible and continues through May 28, 2027.
