As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support in various settings, including homes and community locations. The role involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers. This position requires an RBT License to ensure effective service delivery. We believe in an integrated approach to foster positive change in our clients' lives, serving individuals from ages 2 through adulthood. Responsibilities Work hours vary based on client age and needs, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends or at school sites.
