Job Description
Learning Links ABA is a small, family-run ABA company serving families primarily in the mid-cities area and greater DFW. We're looking for someone special to join us in a substitute RBT role. This isn't a typical 9-to-5 position — there are no guaranteed hours. Instead, you'd step in to cover scheduled and unscheduled time off for our regular RBTs, sometimes with advance notice and sometimes same-day. We do our best to give you a heads-up when we can, and when it's a same-day fill-in, we'd ask that you're able to start by 10am. We know this kind of flexibility isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. If you're someone who thrives on variety, can adapt quickly, and genuinely enjoys working with kids across different homes and routines, we'd love to hear from you. What we're looking for: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Reliable transportation (in-home sessions across the mid-cities/DFW area) Comfortable building rapport quickly with new clients and families Strong communication with our BCBA team
