What You'll Do In this role, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans designed to support each child's communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct ABA therapy to children in a home-based setting Implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collecting accurate session data during therapy sessions Following behavior support plans and clinical recommendations Communicating professionally with families, supervisors, and team members Attending paid team meetings and monthly check-ins Maintaining ethical, respectful, and compassionate care during sessions Supporting a positive therapy environment through play, patience, and consistency What We're Looking For We are looking for RBTs who are reliable, warm, playful, and open to feedback. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with children, can follow clinical direction, and understands the importance of professionalism when working in a family's home.

Qualifications:
