Job Description
In-Home ABA Services | Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Allen, and Nearby Areas Wired Behavior is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We provide in-home ABA therapy to autistic children throughout Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Allen, and surrounding North Texas communities. As a locally owned, BCBA-led practice, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people. That's why we're committed to building lasting relationships with our clients, supporting families every step of the way, and creating a workplace where our team feels genuinely valued. If you're someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a structured environment, and is looking for a company that prioritizes clinical excellence, teamwork, ongoing support, and professional growth, we'd love to meet you. At Wired Behavior, you're more than an employee—you become part of a team that is committed to helping children succeed while supporting one another along the way. About Wired Behavior We are intentional about the way we build our team. We value clear communication, dependable scheduling, engaged supervision, and a workplace culture that does not rely on burnout. Our RBTs are an important part of the company, and we want team members who are excited to learn, grow, and contribute. What You'll Do In this role, you will provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans designed to support each child's communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals.
