Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - In-Home Services Radiant Autism Center, LLC is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy Team ! In-Home ABA Therapy Pay:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour , based on experience
Mileage Reimbursement:
Paid between client locations
Travel Time:
Paid travel between sessions Full-time and part-time opportunities available Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete documentation promptly. Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team. Maintain RBT certification and follow BACB ethical guidelines. Participate in ongoing supervision and training. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required). High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Ability to travel to client homes within the service area. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
