Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Bell County | In-Home & Community-Based Services Lumii is a compassionate, family-centered ABA practice serving young children and their families in Central Texas. We're growing and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to do meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment. At Lumii, we believe ABA should feel human, respectful, and empowering — for clients and team members. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect accurate data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and Co-RBTs Build positive, trusting relationships with team members, our children and caregivers Use assent-based, compassionate approaches in everyday practice. What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (required) High school diploma or higher Reliable transportation & willingness to drive locally Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor Experience with young children preferred (ABA, childcare, teaching, or similar) Be able to pass background checks Hold or willing to get CPR certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required Why Work at Lumii?
