The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Crowley, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Monday-Friday Hours:
8:00 AM•4:00 PM Onsite services only What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train, coach, and mentor school staff Supervise staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Travel between school sites as needed Student Population Pre-K through Grade 12 General Education and Special Education settings Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Typical caseload includes 50-75 students receiving behavioral support , with approximately 8-15 intensive behavior cases requiring FBAs Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
