Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC and Texas licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience providing services in school settings Comfortable with elementary caseloads and full school-year commitments Supervisory experience (or strong aptitude) for leading SLPAs Open to supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs); willing to train and mentor Not a virtual/teletherapy (Voco) position

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech/language therapy to elementary students Supervise and support SLPAs; collaborate on student care plans Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and manage documentation Provide itinerant services across multiple campuses as needed Foster communication between staff, students, and families
