Implement Individualized Plans:

Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We're Looking For Credentials:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).

Mindset:

Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.

Physical Ability:

Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
