In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement personalized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your energetic approach and compassionate nature will help foster meaningful progress, independence, and confidence in those you serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data accurately on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition using established medical documentation standards
Requirements:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Availability Monday-Friday 11am - 5pmWork Environment & Physical Expectations:
