BCBA Job Type Contract Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Behavior Intervention Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The BCBA will assess, develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for clients with behavioral, developmental, and/or learning needs. This position requires strong clinical expertise, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs. Supervise and provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff. Analyze client data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportuniSupport a positive, client-centered environment that promotes meaningful outcomes and quality care.

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions. Knowledge of BACB Ethics Code and applicable state regulations.
