Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents preferred Strong knowledge in ABA principles, data collection, and analysis Familiarity with developing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Ability to train and support school staff as needed Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines
Responsibilities:
Assess student needs and design data-driven, individualized behavior plans Conduct classroom and one-on-one observations to monitor intervention effectiveness Provide ongoing consultation to teachers, staff, and families Train staff on ABA strategies, data collection, and crisis intervention when applicable Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and legal requirements Serve as a resource for the student support team, contributing to IEP meetings and progress updates Adjust interventions as needed to ensure positive educational and behavioral outcomes Enjoy the satisfaction of making a tangible difference in students lives.
