Responsibilities include:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate session and behavioral data Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team Participate in ongoing training and supervision Follow all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Passion for working with children and helping them succeed Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in person in Fort Worth, TX 76179 Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
