Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Georgetown, TX At Olive Branch ABA, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism while supporting their families every step of the way. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to a client in Georgetown, Texas .
What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, school, clinic, or community setting. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect accurate data during each session. Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Follow behavior intervention and treatment protocols. Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other team members. Maintain accurate session documentation.
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required. Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred. Reliable transportation. Valid Texas driver's license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional. Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.
