We are urgently hiring for our Grand Prairie clinic team to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA certification? Predictable Daytime Schedule:
Work a stable daytime routine (8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday) with zero weekend shifts, giving you predictable hours and your weekends back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM) . 100%
Paid RBT Certification:
No prior experience required. We pay for all 40 hours of your RBT coursework and cover your national BACB exam fees.
BCBA-D Owned & Mentored:
Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Secure your supervision hours with direct on-site mentorship.

Direct Care:
Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.
Implement Individualized Plans:
Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Track Session Data:
Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
What We're Looking For Credentials:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).
Mindset:
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Grand Prairie clinic.
Physical Ability:
Agile and energetic! Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to safely engage children and maintain clinic safety protocols.
