We are seeking professionals who are passionate about working with children, committed to making meaningful changes in their lives, and pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field. This is a PRN (as-needed) Registered Behavior Technician position designed to provide coverage for staff absences, call-outs, schedule changes, and other staffing needs. Candidates accepting this position are expected to maintain open availability Monday through Friday , 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because this is a PRN role, scheduled hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week . When contacted for coverage during the established availability window, the PRN RBT is expected to be available to report to work , regardless of the start time or duration of the shift needed . Coverage may range from a portion of the day to a full-day assignment and may be requested with limited notice. This position is best suited for an individual with flexibility during regular business hours who understands that consistent availability and dependability are essential requirements of the PRN role . What you will do:
Implement treatment plans designed by our BCBAs Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training Provide Shadowing support for the student in school settings Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior Adhere to professional standards outlined in the company's handbooks Adhere to ethical standards outlined in the company's handbooks and BACB guidelines Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain and protect the well-being and dignity of all clients Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, company training, etc. Utilize safe and appropriate handling and guidance procedures when working with clients Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment What we need from you: A Servant's heart with a passion for children 4-6 years of experience working with a range of learning levels Passionate about meaningful change Seeking a career in Behavioral Science or a related field BLS CPR/AED/First-aid/Blood Borne Pathogens certified HIPAA Trained Successfully pass a federal and state background check Willingness to work with children with potentially severe behavior Ability to build rapport with clients Hard work motivated Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organized, punctual, and reliable Flexible Reliable Transportation Clean driving record What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience, job performance, & professionalism RBT-Growth & Advancement Program (RBT-GAP) Paid Professional Development Units (PDUs) Continual on-the-job & paid training Fun and supportive work environment Daily, face-to-face interaction with BCBAs BCBA Supervision provided to candidates seeking national certification Variety of therapeutic services, allowing for an array of clinical experiences And much more.....
Travel:
This position requires up to 100% travel between the client's school and center in the Grapevine area (when applicable).
