This is a PRN (as-needed) Registered Behavior Technician position designed to provide coverage for staff absences, call-outs, schedule changes, and other staffing needs. Candidates accepting this position are expected to maintain open availability Monday through Friday , 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because this is a PRN role, scheduled hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week . When contacted for coverage during the established availability window, the PRN RBT is expected to be available to report to work , regardless of the start time or duration of the shift needed . Coverage may range from a portion of the day to a full-day assignment and may be requested with limited notice. This position is best suited for an individual with flexibility during regular business hours who understands that consistent availability and dependability are essential requirements of the PRN role . What you will do:
