Locations:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
Full Time, 8:30-5:30,
Monday-Friday Pay:
$18-$24/hour based on experience, bi-annual pay raises, quarterly attendance bonus

Description:
You will work with children ages 2-12 with Autism and other developmental needs in a clinic-based setting. As an RBT/BT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. You will also be responsible for collecting accurate session data using our electronic system (CentralReach).
Responsibilities :
Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Accurately collect and record session data in CentralReach Support skill development in communication, play, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, SLPs, OTs) Prepare materials and assist with session setup as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members Attend trainings and team meetings as required Follow all BACB guidelines and maintain certification requirements
Required :
High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background check Willingness to obtain RBT within 60 days
Preferred :
Experience with children or autism Current RBT certification Licensure, registration, and/or certification: Current BLS/CPR/First Aid (Can be completed once hired) RBT Certificate from BACB preferred•If you're looking for a clinic where you feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work each day, we would love to meet you.
