Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA therapy team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Applicants MUST have an active RBT certification and be ready to begin working. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA. Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, hygiene, and other independence skills. Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors, responses, and progress. Support skill development in communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living. Maintain accurate session notes, behavioral records, and required documentation. Follow HIPAA requirements and maintain client confidentiality. Communicate professionally with BCBAs, team members, parents, and caregivers. Participate in required training and ongoing professional development. be ready to work and available to begin accepting clients. Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies. Ability to accurately collect and document client data. Reliable, professional, patient, compassionate, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow BCBA direction and individualized treatment plans. Understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as required. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
