What You'll Bring:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students SAMA certification (required for de-escalation and behavior intervention) Understanding of supporting GT students and those demonstrating attention-seeking behaviors Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student dignity

Key Responsibilities:
