Job Description

About us All Ears Autism Services provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children and families throughout Texas. Services are provided in a natural environment (in-home or in the community). AEAS prides itself in providing collaborative, supportive, and child centered ABA therapy. We strive to build skills while our clients and therapists are happy, relaxed, and engaged. Our work environment includes:
Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere After-school hours, Weekdays (4pm-7pm)
Duties:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior with a company provided tablet
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Implement behavior management strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and effective treatment
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help us provide high-quality ABA therapy to our clients. Please note that this position requires a valid driver's license, RBT certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check . Previous experience working with individuals with autism or in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to all our Behavior Technicians.
