Job Overview 50 Stars Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in Marble Falls, TX. The RBT will provide individualized behavioral and academic support while helping students develop positive behaviors, communication skills, and greater independence. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students. Implement ABA-based strategies and behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA or supervising professional. Support students with academic activities, classroom routines, and transitions. Assist with social, communication, and functional skill development. Collect and accurately document behavioral and student-progress data. Follow student IEP accommodations and behavior-support plans. Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Collaborate with Special Education Teachers, BCBA/behavior specialists, and related service providers. Communicate student progress and concerns to the appropriate school team. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral needs preferred. Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior-support strategies. Strong communication, patience, reliability, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment.
