In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, providing direct behavioral therapy to children, and collecting behavioral data to monitor progress. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly within programs like RethinkBH, and possess strong leadership skills to guide and support other team members. Duties Implement ABA therapy protocols with fidelity, ensuring individualized treatment plans are followed effectively. Provide direct behavioral therapy to children, fostering a positive and supportive environment for learning and growth. Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Lead and supervise behavior technician team members, offering guidance, mentorship, and support in daily tasks. Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy spaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Utilize experience working with the RethinkBH program to enhance treatment delivery and data management processes. Skills Proven experience working with children in a behavioral or therapeutic setting. Strong knowledge of ABA therapy implementation and protocols. Experience working directly with children in behavioral therapy roles, including data collection methods. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of behavior technicians. Familiarity with the RethinkBH program is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and families. Ability to maintain detailed records accurately and adhere to confidentiality standards. Flexibility, patience, and a compassionate approach when working with children with diverse needs. Pay:
